Counseling Services

The Counseling Department at Coleman Junior High School exists to provide support and guidance for students at Coleman as a part of the WISD Counseling Department. Consistent with the WISD Counseling Department’s goals, our team at Coleman develops, implements, and executes activities that are designed to meet four objectives:

• Present guidance curriculum to promote healthy life skills in students and their families.
• Promote individual planning among students with regard to each student’s college/career readiness.
• Provide students and families with support through responsive services for positive personal development.
• Establish and cultivate system support by maintaining partnerships and collaborative efforts for program delivery that will benefit our students, their families, and our staff at Coleman Junior High School.
